Maths Week

Congratulations to everyone who entered the 1st year Maths poster competition for Maths week last week. Well done to Ryan Siju (1B) who was the winner of the competition with a fantastic creative and educational poster.

Senior Football Result

Well done to our senior footballers who defeated Skibbereen today on a score line of 4.12 to 1.6. They will face Hamilton High in the next round of the Simcox Cup.

Fourth Year Hike

The transition years went on their annual hike alone the old Kenmare road. This is a beautiful walk just off the ring of Kerry from Derrycunnihy Church to torc waterfall. They were accompanied by teachers Mr. Fleming and Mr. Declan Murphy and were sure to have learned a massive amount about the ecology of the area along the way....

First Years Ballyhass

The first years had a great bonding day last Friday in Ballyhass Lakes. They braved the weather, donned their wetsuits and spent the day doing a range of activities including an inflatable obstacle course on the lovely lake in Ballyhass!

Our two ASD classes have started off the year with a bang. As well as following the Level Two Junior Cert Programme, they are completing weekly music workshops with Sheila from the Lee Valley School of Music, swimming and gym sessions in the Castle Hotel and have commenced their weekly trips down to the library. Geography Trip

Our sixth year students took part in their geographical investigation study of the Owengarriff River in Killarney National Park. Fourth Year Life Skills
