School Bank

Our fourth years have been running the school bank over the last two weeks. This is giving our students an opportunity to open a charge free student account, set up in school. The response has been great, well done to the fourth years for excellent organisation.

Parish Mission

Macroom is hosting a Parish Mission in St Colman’s church this week. The Mission is being led by the redemptorists. Niall Foley a lay person gave a talk on Wednesday morning about the Parish Mission and also brought his guitar and got the lads singing!

Maths Week

Senior Football Result

Well done to our senior footballers who defeated Skibbereen today on a score line of 4.12 to 1.6. They will face Hamilton High in the next round of the Simcox Cup.

Fourth Year Hike

The transition years went on their annual hike alone the old Kenmare road. This is a beautiful walk just off the ring of Kerry from Derrycunnihy Church to torc waterfall. They were accompanied by teachers Mr. Fleming and Mr. Declan Murphy and were sure to have learned a massive amount about the ecology of the area along the way....

First Years Ballyhass

The first years had a great bonding day last Friday in Ballyhass Lakes. They braved the weather, donned their wetsuits and spent the day doing a range of activities including an inflatable obstacle course on the lovely lake in Ballyhass!
